This post is dedicated to my Best Friend, Malcolm Almey, who passed away suddenly but peacefully on 10th November 2017.
Malcolm liked nothing better than to visit Titchwell RSPB or Frampton Marsh RSPB, not just to bird watch, but also for the crack with his huge number of friends. Malcolm also travelled widely across Europe with the Burbage Birders and also twitching in the UK. His last was to the male Rock Thrush at Blorange.
He is the only person I know to twitch a Northern Wheatear in Norfolk!
